Encouragement for Nueva Cancion

learning from testimonies Pastor Don and Brother Tim continued this year to minister to the men at the men’s rehabilitation center, Nueva Cancion. Each trip to San Felipe the brothers bring a message, a time of sharing in the devotions with the men. This year they taught (and learned) through the testimony of each of the men currently at the center, both staff and clients. Nueva Cancion has an excellent recovery rate and the time invested by willing people like Don and Tim are part of the reason why. We at 99 Plus 1 do so appreciate their hearts and the investment they make to Nueva Cancion.

Our Vision

To prepare Mexican Christian workers so the gospel can be effectively presented and Christians discipled.

To accomplish our vision we:

Recruit Mexican and American Christians who are willing to pray for the development of churches and who have a desire to fulfill the Great Commission in Mexico. (Matthew 28:19-20)
Develop and maintain a systematic program for continuing encouragement and education for Christian workers, especially for those working in rural or isolated areas.
Aid Mexican Pastors and Christian Workers with evangelistic and discipleship resources.

Prayers & Praise

Home Again!
Bonnie & I are back home again. Her surgery was successful and the recovery is going well. PTL! We spent a week with the Wilson’s in Somerset for a time of rest. We thank the Lord of their friendship and hospitality. The healing will take just under a year so Bonnie is learning a “new normal” for new. Continue to pray for patience for both of us. Thanks be to the Lord and to each of you praying us through!

God is GOOD!
Bonnie came through her back surgery just fine and is out of the hospital. We are spending a week with friends until her follow-up appointment on the 24th. Thanks for the prayers and to God for his continuous watch care over her and the medical staff.

Karen has been suffering from an onset of severe headaches. While the doctors appear to be closing in on a diagnosis, the headaches continue. Please join us in prayer for our partner in ministry at Sonshine Hacienda. We pray for identification and resolution for her, wisdom for the doctors and technicians.
